The course will provide an introduction to the main contemporary (perennialist and constructivist) approaches toward mystical experience. Various (Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Christian) mystical traditions will be examined with the accent put on the perennialist methodological approach. 1.Some preliminary definitions
